Spreading the VoIP Gospel One Blog At A Time

Yes, it’s true: I’m blogging for the VoIP Weblog now. When they posted a note saying they needed a blogger to take over, I decided to give it a try. After going through their process, it turned out I was their guy. Signed my contracts today, and now I’m posting.

The pay, while not great, isn’t the entire point. I’m trying some new things over there, mostly in terms of how I work. I’m also hoping to learn a few things from my fellow bloggers at Creative Weblogging that I might be able to apply elsewhere. It’s also nice not to have to worry about the more mundane bits like page layout and ad placement.

I expect I will still post things on VoIP here in addition to The VoIP Weblog. It’s not an either-or thing, but it does mean a little extra work for me.
