s60 has Opera Mini Beta.... that's a definite IE killer, if not a Safari Killer.

Again, Symbian's wealth of available applications saves the day. I wish WM had as many applications as those available for S60. I would have bought a WM6 device in a heartbeat.

The Nokia E62 is not exactly the fastest S60 device, so that's quite a feat. ;)

I have run side by side comparison between the Treo 700wx - IE and the Nokia E62 - S60 browser. The Treo was on the Sprint EV-DO network and the E62 was on Cingular's Edge network. The I typed in the address for ABC news on each phone and hit enter at the same time. I was expecting the Treo to win because of the faster network connection, but to my surprise the Nokia beat the Treo quite handily. Made me forget about ever purchasing a winmo device.
