RoadSync is an option I hadn’t heard of before. Might be an option if I didn’t Intellisync and Mail for Exchange as (free to me) options.

There is a third party app for S60 (both E & N series) called RoadSync that would add some of the features you’re looking for on S60 such as subfolders. http://www.dataviz.com/products/roadsync/series60/index.html

sorry but Outlook mobile or otherwise :p I prefer the simple quick S60 client. IMHO S60 wins here.
