Short Notice Trips
My boss called me up today and said “guess where you need to be next week.” Yup, a few days in a real office getting some real face time with some managers higher up in the food chain and a consultant to boot. Oh well, I guess it will give me an excuse to get my work laptop all set up again, which I’ve never done since I replaced the hard drive in it. I have to install Crossover Office, Microsoft Office, our CRM app, and a few other lovely things. Or maybe I’ll just gut the whole Linux idea and go with Windows XP. Decisions, decisions…
