		<description>I like to think that you havn't noticed anything unusual because we in the NW are just doing things better than the other divisions, but that might just be today's delusion.

I wonder why no one at the corporate office responded to your comments about Rhapsody not working as you hoped.  Perhaps no one was watching at that point.  Though Google alerts didn't send it to me either, as it did this latest entry.

I do hope that you continue to enjoy (if that's the right word)(maybe 'like enough to keep' is better) our service.  It does keep my paycheck coming.

And in case anyone is wondering, Comcast doesn't pay me to watch for stuff like this online.  I am doing this as an individual who works for the company, not in any official capacity (CYA there, cover your actions).  I do it out of curiousity about the company I work for and for something to do while I wait for my next incoming call.</description>
