Travelling at O-Dark-Thirty

I have to fly to California on Monday morning at 6:15am. Given where I live in relation to the airport and making I’m sure I’m there a good ninety minutes beforehand, that means I have to leave my house no later than 4am. Normally, I fly on Sunday night, but this time around, I actually need to be home Sunday night and can’t fly out late enough to compensate.

The absolute soonest I could go to bed would be about 10pm, the time we get both kids into bed. Unfortunately, things don’t usually work out that way as I need to do some last-minute packing and printing out of boarding passes and the like. That and the usual stuff I do on my computer that sucks all my time normally.
