To really make an impact, you must be realistically engaged with the people that you are following, and the right person must be reading your tweets at the right time to be influenced. I guess that you can increase the odds by having more followers, but if you have a bunch of people following you, who aren't contributing to the dialog, I don't see the value. Thank you!
