The only way to buy a car
Imagine walking into a car dealership and not having to haggle over the price. You get the car you want at the price you want to pay, without any haggling, sign all the paperwork, and be done with it in a couple of hours. That was basically our experience buying our newest vehicle, well except we had to wait several days for them to fix an issue with the paint caused by shipping, but that’s not important. What is important is what you do before you ever walk into the dealership.
My father-in-law recently purchased a truck using a method detailed on Fighting Chance called the “Fax Attack.” Armed with information about what the dealer pays for the truck he was interested in (the factory invoice), what the factory gives back for selling the car, and lots of other information, he proceeded to fax a large number of dealers in the area. Through this process, he was able to find the best price for the truck he wanted. When it came time for us to buy our new car, my wife purchased the information packet from Fighting Chance (which included information on the car we wanted), we followed the simple instructions, and got several offers back within hours. When it was all said and done, the dealer closes to our house ended up making the best offer. Actually, we got a slightly lower offer from a dealer farther away, but the difference would have been eaten in higher taxes. Also, our local dealer gave us a free first-service.
In any case, if you’re looking to buy a new car, I highly recommend Fighting Chance. It’s time and money well spent.
