		<description>When you say that command will &quot;act like the windows&quot; key, can you be a little more specific?

Mine works, but not fully. I can open the start menu, but none of the handy-dandy shortcuts work (win-r == run, win-l == lock screen, win-m == minimize all). I would consider this to be the absolute _minimum_ of functionality (even then, I can easily open the start menu with ctrl-esc). Does this match your experience, or have you somehow magically gotten the windows key to function properly? :)
