About 30 pounds to go!
In my ongoing battle of my personal bulge around my waist, I have managed to get my weight down to about 225 pounds (102 kilos). Last time I weighed that, I was in high school. I am still doing Atkins, though I have made a bigger effort to cut calories and drink more water than before. I think that is having an impact.
My “goal” originally was to get down to 195 pounds (about 88.5 kilos) before I started easing off of induction. With renewed optimism, I’m not sure I am going to want to stop there, but we’ll see how it goes.
As my mother-in-law reminds me, I should probably get a checkup to see if I am killing myself on this diet.
