Where’s the Lawsuit?

One more before the plane home boards: the CEO of Warner Music admits his children have downloaded copyrighted music. How come the kids are getting a stern talking to instead of being served with a lawsuit by the RIAA? I guess being the CEO of a major label gives you special treatment. Bah.
