Nokia CA-70 Cable
I picked up one of these cables recently. It is a combination USB data cable and charger for Nokia phones. The charger is old standard adapter, which means, at least as pictured, the charger doesn’t work with the newer Nseries phones or some of the phones that use the smaller power adapter. The good news, for me, is that the cable I got also came with a CA-44 adapater. This converts the standard Nokia plug into the newer, smaller plug. This means you can use it on the newer Nseries devices.
I’ve used this cable with my Mac and it worked just fine. I haven’t tried it with my Windows machines yet, but I don’t typically hook my phones up to the PC. In any case, this cable has earned a place in my travel bag as it serves two functions in one! Anything to lighten the load, even a little, is a good thing.
