The Joy of WiFi
Having take advantage of WiFi today, I can see why people like it, security issues be damned. I’m currently sitting on my couch in the living room writing this blog entry. Sure, I could do that before with the big ol Cat-5 cable beind the couch, but here I can move around the room freely and not miss a beat.
One problem I’m having with my WiFi has little to do with WiFi itself. The “firewall” my wireless LAN is behind is forgetting about its Internet connection every few hours or so. Consdering the firewall is a product I am in the process of evaluating, it doesn’t bode well for the evaluation.
