Hello, I Must Be Going
I came down to California to visit the office for a couple of days, supposed to return on Wednesday night. This afternoon, I got a call from my wife that my son had been admitted to the hospital. Apparently, last week’s sickness was a prelude to his appendix bursting, which we believe happened this morning. She’s in the hospital with my son, my mother-in-law is at our hours with my daughter. I should be on the next flight back home.
My son is going in for surgery tomorrow afternoon to get the resulting fluid from his appendix removed from his system. Not sure when they are going to remove the appendix, maybe later in the week or in a couple of months, depending on how things go.
In any case, blogging won’t be high on my list of things to do for the next couple of days.
