Broadvox Direct has raised their price!
In what I think is a first in the cutthroat VoIP industry, Broadvox Direct recently raised their price for their Unlimited US/Canada plan back to its original $29.95. I am trying to find a press release or something that mentions this, but Jeff Williams, the CIO of Broadvox, confirmed this in a DSL Reports thread.
While I have no inside knowledge about why Broadvox Direct did this, I suspect it has something to do with the fact they were competing with their wholesale customers. Either that or they’re about to announce some massive functionality changes that justifies the extra cost. Either way, people who already have the $19.95 rate will get to keep it.
