Happy 4th of July
Various pictures I took from my Nokia 9500 during our Independence Day celebration.
We spent the afternoon at the Manchester Fuel Depot, which is run by the US Navy. One of our friends happens to be a Commander and has access to this place. It is actually a nice place to have a picnic (since they have facilities for it). There is plenty of space for the kids to play. You have a great view of Mt. Rainier and the Seattle skyline. And today, the weather was fantastic. Not too hot, not too cold, not too windy.
The following was the “last” of the fireworks we set off on our street. I was trying like mad to get a good fireworks picture on my phone. It was hard, but luck smiled on me as we shot up our last firework and I caught it on camera.
