An Unexpected Hotel Stay
Due to the lack of power at our house, which causes a lack of heat, we’re staying the evening at a local hotel. My son is staying with a friend, so it’s just my daughter, my wife and I.
I had brought along my backpack with my clothes, phone chargers, and my travel WiFi access point. I didn’t bring my laptop, but brought along my Nokia 9500. My wife ended up using it to check her web-based email, as did I. I also used it to type up this blog entry. 
Puget Sound Energy, which has done a good job of keeping their power outage information up to date, claims our power will be back on at 7am tomorrow. Hope so. I’d actually like to watch all of the ads around that big American Football game tomorrow. Okay, I’ll be watching the game too.
