A Way to Breach the Great Wall of Skype

RSDevs has come up with a software product that makes Skype speak SIP. Basically, you run Skype and this gateway software on a PC, and it will relay messages betweek Skype and SIP (or H.323, if you so desire). This comes both in personal (one call at a time) and an enterprise version that supports multiple Skype to SIP/H.323 connections. Great if you have an extra computer around (I do).

Personally, I would be more interested in a “service” that did this so I wouldn’t have to run extra software on my computer. It would take the text instant messages and send it to me over MSN, Jabber, or something similar, and forward the voice calls via whatever SIP method I programmed in.
