I’ve been tagged!
In a post by Ken Camp on making A Gilmour Gang for VoIP, I got a Technorati tag: PhoneBoy. The basic idea behind a tag is to help categorize what you’re writing about so other people can find it. Technorati allows you to search posts with a particular tag. It also provides RSS feeds of things that are “tagged,” making it very easy to find and keep up with related content.
The challenge with tagging is that it’s kind of a manual process. I managed to add some default tags into my Nucleus templates so at least stuff I write is tagged with PhoneBoy and whatever topic I chose. Not perfect, but it’s a start.
