Sandisk Cruzer Mini is a POS
After spending a bunch of time with a Sandisk Cruzer Mini 256mb USB Flash drive, I have come to the conclusion that, at least as far as Linux is concerned, these drives are POS. My Gentoo box immediately locks up, it takes about a minute after attempting to access them on my other boxes (including using Damn Small Linux). Other people have reported similar problems as well, so it sounds like a return trip to Costco is in order. At least Costco is good about taking things back…
