So are MacsBook’s WiFi Vulnerable or Not?
Apparently, the demonstration at BlackHat that involved a MacBook and WiFi was “misrepresented.” They used a MacBook and a third-party WiFi USB card to demonstrate how easy it was to compromise a laptop. My take on this: it is only a matter of time before someone discovers some vulnerability in Apple’s WiFi. Or anything else in the Mac for that matter. Practicing safe computing is a good idea no matter what type of computer you run.
