Nokia Needs To Improve Warranty Service
Yes, I work there, but that doesn’t mean I am blind to the issues some of our customers face. Symbian Guru describes his problem with sending in the Nokia N75. I know Mr Ring Nokia has complained before about the fact Nokia’s warranty service is not worldwide. I bet that my Nokia N80 Internet Edition that I sent back to Nokia Blogger Relations had to go to Finland to get repaired.
