Laptops on the plane

I consider myself lucky. Between my specific needs and the gadgets I have, I almost never have to pull out my laptop when I am on the plane. Pretty much all the tasks I do can be done with the gadgets. Listen to podcasts or music? Check. Read cached email? Check. Blog? Check. Write my next book? Okay, that might be a challenge but at least I can thumb out a few quick thoughts without pulling out my laptop, which is a huge bonus.

I did leave one of my gadgets at home that had a few of my podcasts loaded on it, so I may run out of podcasts before making it to Chicago. I do have a supply of music too, but I prefer to listen to tech talk or Dr. Joy Browne.
