As mentioned in my last podcast, I really don’t believe this issue about a single iPhone that was involved with a incident that was labeled “terrorism” in San Bernadino. In fact, the FBI probably already has everything of value on that iPhone already. I also think a case could be made that you couldn’t conclusively prove the phone wasn’t modified since the FBI received it. This whole legal maneuver is about the precedent that will be set.
