PhoneBoy Speaks Ep 1134: Should AV Be Part of the Base OS?

Eugene Kaspersky is complaining that Microsoft is being anti-competitive in Windows 10 with respect to Windows Defender and some other security products. I’m wondering if he should get over it and let Microsoft just provide AV.
