Our new FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler says he vows to champion competitveness when it comes to Internet access and Net Neutrality. However, he’s sending some pretty mixed messages. Like, for example, allowing for usage caps and charging Netflix more to reach customers at an optimal speed.
Of course, all of this chest beating misses the point entirely.
