Some time ago, the US FCC issued a Data Roaming Order that requires facilities-based wireless operators like AT&T and Verizon to offer data roaming agreements to other similar providers on “commercially reasonable terms and conditions.” T-Mobile USA is asking the FCC to clarify what “commercially reasonable” means as it seems there are some ambiguities that a certain large provider is exploiting to their advantage.
