I turned on my TV and noticed a few channels were gone. I subscribe to Comcast Limited Basic service. When I called Comcast to complain, they tried to upsell me and tell me I had to have a set-top box. It’s because they plan to encrypt their digital TV channels. The FCC is allowing this. However, I received no formal notification from them this was happening, so I complained to the FCC.
